Base fee:

Additional Badge – $25.00
No one will be allowed on the tradeshow floor or in the reception without a badge. Two badges are included in your exhibit booth fee.
KSAE Members Exhibit and One Registration – $400.00
Includes registration for one to the annual meeting and conference, an 8'x10' booth, badges for 2 booth personnel, and an additional ticket to the reception.
KSAE Members Exhibit Only (includes reception) – $300.00
Includes an 8'x10' booth, badges for 2 booth personnel, and 2 tickets to the reception.
Non-Member Exhibit and One Registration – $525.00
Includes registration for one to the annual meeting and conference, an 8'x10' booth, badges for 2 booth personnel, and an additional ticket to the reception.
Non-Member Exhibit Only (includes reception) – $425.00
Includes an 8'x10' booth, badges for 2 booth personnel, and 2 tickets to the reception.

KSAE 2013 Expo

Expo Schedule
Exhibits will be open from 12:30pm to 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 12, 2013. No other events are scheduled during these times.

Exhibit Booth Fees
An 8’x10’ booth is $300 for KSAE Associate members and $425 for non-members. All booth fees must be paid in full by November 8, 2013.

Booth fee includes:

One 8 foot deep by 10 foot wide booth with back drapes and dividers
Skirted table and chair.
Booth sign with company name.
Name badges for two booth personnel. One additional badge may be purchased for $25. All personnel on the exhibit floor MUST have a badge.

Please Note: Up to three companies may share a booth but no more than three exhibit booth personnel are allowed in the exhibit area per booth.

Any additional preference on booth location will be given consideration on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Meeting Registration
In order to attend any conference events other than the exhibit and opening reception, full Conference registration is required. With exhibit booth, one Conference registration may be purchased for the discounted price of $100.00.
