The Kansas Society of Association Executives
KSAE offers members exclusive access to the KSAE Advocacy Room at the Kansas State Capitol, a convenient, dedicated space for meetings, calls, and advocacy activities during the legislative session.
Location & Access
Located in Room 140-S, across from the cage elevator
Serves as your office away from your office
The room is not staffed
Registered users may access the room anytime, day or night, using their assigned key

Television with access to live broadcasts
Workspace and small conference table
Comfortable chairs
Keurig
Hanging coat rack
Registration & Fees
$150 per registered user
$20 per additional user/key within the same organization
*Register additional team members within your organization as a guest
Room Access & Keys
The Advocacy Room lock will be changed for the upcoming year.
All users must obtain a new key, even if they previously had access.
Users are expected to lock the room when not in use, in alignment with Capitol security requirements.
New keys will be available for pickup at the BHL office
