Join us for an interactive roundtable discussion designed for meeting planners and vendors to collaborate, exchange insights, and tackle industry challenges. This session provides a unique opportunity for professionals on both sides of event planning to engage in meaningful dialogue, share innovative solutions, and strengthen partnerships that drive successful events.
Participants will have the chance to discuss key topics shaping the industry, address venue- and vendor-specific concerns, and explore best practices for effective collaboration. The discussion will be participant-driven, allowing attendees to submit questions and topics in advance to ensure relevant and valuable conversations. Whether you’re a seasoned planner or a vendor looking to enhance relationships with event professionals, this session will equip you with the knowledge and connections to elevate your approach to meetings and events.
This will be a roundtable discussion where all of YOU will help to set the topics and guide the discussion. When registering, please submit topics/questions you would like to have added to the agenda. You may also submit questions or concerns you would like to discuss for particular properties.
