This webinar takes a look at why we need resilience inside today's workplace, as well as provides a deep self-analysis within the 8 dimensions of resilience to identify where you might be depleted and what intentional steps you can take to be more resilient. Because it's not a matter of if future challenges will come your way, it's a matter of if you'll be resilient to handle them when they do.

Karen Atiles

Karen’s background includes serving her country for 20 years in the U.S. Air Force. This career holds a wealth of experience in international relationship building, where she took her leadership knowledge to mentor and coach Ukrainian, Bulgarian, United Kingdom and Romanian key leaders. She created leadership curriculum in the form of international training courses that have professionally developed 12 countries to date. The strength of Ms. Atiles’ prior leadership background gives her the ability to coach and mentor individuals and organizations through unknown and challenging times, as well as providing awareness and solid plans to move toward positive results. To date, she has coached over 800 hours in the civilian world and holds the International Coaching Federation (ICF) title of Professional Certified Coach (PCC).

Karen Atiles is the founder and President of Lifelong Development, a coaching, training, and consulting agency. Since starting Lifelong Development in 2016, the mission has been to add value to leaders who multiply value to employees and customers. Her team brings 50+ years of unique military leadership experience to the table when working with companies, and today’s hot topics of resilience, diversity, strategic planning and communication are just some of her team’s specialty areas. Since 2016 they have worked with companies locally as well as across 11 U.S states, and 8 countries within Europe, Africa, and Asia. Most recently, as of 2022 Lifelong Development started working in the government contracting space with its certifications of WOSB, DVWOSB, EDWOSB, and VOSB.
