KSAE Election Update Slated for June 26
Are you unsure about who is running for the Kansas Legislature this year? Are you confused about the redistricting process and the new legislative districts? If so, please join the Kansas Society of Association Executives (KSAE) for the first of our Election Year Updates on Tuesday, June 26, from 8 AM to 12:15 PM, at the Kansas Medical Society.
During this program, you will receive an update on all the candidates running for the Kansas Legislature in the 2012 primary and general elections from the leadership of both political parties in the Kansas House and Senate. You will also receive a handout with the detailed biographical and contact information on all the candidates as well as an indication on the high-profile races that will take place during the primary election.
Finally, you will also receive valuable information on the new voter identification (Voter ID) requirements in Kansas to provide to your association members and clients. This will ensure that you can provide your members and clients with the information they will need to vote in this year’s elections in Kansas.
A second update regarding the general election will take place after the primaries on Tuesday, August 21, so be sure to mark your calendar.
