What You Will Learn

  • Provide attendees with tips on setting survey objectives
  • Offer practical tips on survey design and procedures. The goal is to give attendees the information they'll need to confidently conduct their own member survey
  • Give attendees information they'll need to analyze and report on the survey findings. Attendees will be able to go from "data" to "insights" to "action"

Summary  

This webinar will give attendees the practical information they need to develop, conduct and interpret their own member survey.

It will look at high level considerations e.g. setting objectives and establishing a methodology. The bulk of the webinar will focus on tips, procedures and guiding principles related to types of questions to ask, question wording and flow. We'll also talk about response rates and the use of incentives.

In the final section of the webinar we'll discuss analysis, reporting and interpretation of the results.

Gerald Bramm, CMRP, CAE

President - Bramm Research

Gerald Bramm has operated Bramm Research for more than 25 years. His firm conducts research for professional and business/trade associations. Most of his work focuses on member satisfaction and member engagement surveys.

His experience with associations across dozens of markets coupled with his research and analytical capabilities provides associations with the insights they need to succeed.

Gerald is a frequent speaker at industry events. He is a member of the Canadian Society of Association Executives (CSAE) and the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE).
