Chuck served as an executive director and lobbyist prior to earning his law degree from Washburn University. He has been a practicing attorney since 1984.
He uses his real world experience in association work and his knowledge of the law to help tax exempt organizations stay in compliance. Whether it is due diligence, bylaws, lobbying or a governance issue he is a trusted source to consult. Chuck has in-depth knowledge of Kansas association law and serves as general counsel for KSAE.
