    Managing Director - Cookware Manufacturers Association
    In addition to serving as Managing Director for the Cookware Manufacturers Association, Penny Rosema consults and speaks on negotiation. She earned her MBA from Notre Dame and holds a B.S. in Engineering from Michigan State University. She combines business and technical savvy with experience to show others the importance of approaching the negotiation from 2 views. Your view and the full view.As an educator and leader, Penny worked with corporate teams in the US, Japan and Korean. She has also served as an adjunct professor of supply chain and negotiation at Grand Valley State University.Her training challenges assumptions and shows listeners how to handle procurement contracts like a professional negotiator.
