KSAE's Human Resources Roundtable is an outstanding opportunity for anyone who handles an Association's HR functions to exchange ideas, discuss problems, look for solutions, and discuss important HR issues with peers.  This discussion will be moderated by Megan DiGiovanni,  Business Partner and Team Leader at Bartlett & West, and Lori Blosser, Manager of Corporate Staffing at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas. 

Examples of topics that could be discussed:  Best practices in training your employees;  Getting and keeping the right talent; Employee handbooks – bring them for discussion; Your hot topics and issues.

Please note that the focus of the content and topics will be attendee-driven in order to maximize relevance and value for all participants.  KSAE Roundtables provide members with the opportunity to network with peers and focus on issues in a collaborative and confidential forum.
