While KSAE attendees are participating in their concurrent educational sessions, our suppliers and vendors will have a session of their own! KSAE is investing in our industry partners with a dedicated program designed to provide practical insight into what association clients and event planners value when choosing and working with venues, vendors, and other partners. This session is included with supplier/vendor registration and is our opportunity to invest in YOU and your success as a valued KSAE industry partner.

For just $20, attendees can enjoy Banger Bingo, appetizers, and two drinks — plus a relaxed opportunity to connect with peers before the main conference begins.

We’re excited to feature the Silent Auction as part of the 2026 KSAE Annual Conference on November 10 in Topeka!

This is your opportunity to highlight your community, venue, business, or service—all while supporting the KSAE mission. Whether you're a vendor or an individual member, you’re invited to participate by donating a silent auction item or bundle valued at $150 or more.

Donation Ideas Include:

A hotel stay and dinner package in your city
Concert or event tickets
A wine + dine experience
A professional service your organization offers
A themed basket or experience unique to your area

You can contribute individually or as part of a group!

The silent auction will run throughout the day of the conference and winners will be announced during the closing cocktail hour. Winners must be present to claim their prize.

Even if you're still finalizing your item, we just need to know if you plan to participate by October 26 so we can plan the space accordingly.
